Biography:

Steve Schupack is a member of the firm’s Business/Finance Department and Health Law Practice Group. He has extensive experience in a wide range of health law matters. These include federal tax issues relating to tax exempt organizations, federal and state regulatory matters, and arrangements involving health care delivery system components, including hospitals, physician organizations and managed care organizations. His experience also covers tax exempt financing, real estate transactions, corporate organization and governance and endowment funds and trust law.

Mr. Schupack is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School. He has served on the boards of various community social service agencies and cultural organizations. He has also served as Chairman of the Town of Longmeadow Conservation Commission and Historic District Commission.
