Stephen W. Schupack

Biography:

Steve Schupack is Counsel to the firm and a member of the firm's Health Law Practice Group.

Steve has extensive experience in a wide range of health law matters, including federal tax issues relating to tax-exempt organizations, federal and state regulatory matters, and arrangements involving health care delivery system components, including hospitals, physician organizations and other health care-related organizations. His experience also covers tax-exempt financing, real estate transactions, corporate organization and governance, endowment funds and trust law.

Steve has served on the boards of various community social service agencies and cultural organizations. He has also served as a member of Longmeadow town commissions.
