Springfield Office Tower Access
All visitors to our Springfield offices will be required to enter the office tower through either the street level lobby (via Tower Square’s “Center Court”) or the B or C level of the Tower Square garage. Mezzanine level access will be discontinued, as will direct access from Bridge Street. Access Control Officers will be on duty at these entry points from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Floor Access
Each of the four “high rise” elevators (so-called because only they reach the 17th – 28th floors of the building) will be equipped with a device that prevents access to our floors unless visitors obtain a special numbered BR&G access card from the Access Control Officers. This card will allow our visitors to operate the elevator buttons to our 26th or 27th floors.
Visiting BR&G
In advance of any scheduled visit to our firm, we will inform the Access Control Officers of the date and time of your arrival. This pre-registration will be accomplished through our access to Tower Square’s web-based guest registration system. Upon your arrival, you may enter at either access point (garage or street level at Center Court), inform the Access Control Officer of your name and destination, and receive the BR&G access card described above. You should give your card to our receptionist on the 26th or 27th floor either upon your arrival at or departure from our offices. If you forget to give your BR&G access card to one of our receptionists, please leave it with one of the Access Control Officers, or, failing that return it to us. Cards not returned on the day of a visit must be deactivated, and cards not returned must be replaced.
If you happen to visit our offices without pre-arrangement, simply inform the Access Control Officer of your name and destination, and he/she will call our office to confirm your arrival and provide you with the BR&G access card.
You Are Always Welcome to Visit
We want you to continue to visit us. The measures being taken to improve building security may create slight delays in your journey to our office, but please be assured that we will work with security personnel to minimize these delays. Please call us with any questions concerning these changes.
