The Employment Law practice group advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship and offers practical solutions and advice to avoid and resolve workplace disputes. We provide legal advice on hiring, promoting, disciplining and discharging employees, wage and hour laws, employee classifications, leave and accommodation requests, drug testing, employment handbooks, employment related agreements, and internal complaints of harassment and discrimination. We also provide training on a wide range of workplace issues.

Our team stays abreast of new legislation, regulations, and other legal developments so that our clients can take proactive measures to maximize compliance and minimize risk.

When disputes do arise, we work closely with clients to resolve each matter as efficiently as possible, including through a verdict at trial, if necessary. We assist clients with, or conduct on their behalf, investigations of employee harassment and discrimination complaints.
