We are frequently engaged in advising our clients about developing, acquiring, protecting and exploiting intellectual property and technologies. Members of the Intellectual Property Practice Group have extensive knowledge and experience in areas including:

- corporate partnering and joint venturing
- counseling in the areas of trademark, copyright, trade secret and patent law
- contract negotiation and drafting
- development, licensing and distribution
- negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation of intellectual property disputes, including infringement claims
We represent clients in a range of industries, including computer software and hardware, manufacturing, publishing, visual arts, electronics, communications, technology and medicine. Our clients range from individuals, to small businesses at all stages of development, to major multi-national corporations.
