Staying Involved

Felicity Hardee has recently been involved in several major affordable housing developments involving scattered sites and multiple lenders. These have included preparation of affordable housing and conservation restrictions, a regulatory agreement and representation of developers on applications for comprehensive permits under G.L. c. 40B. Felicity also found time to lead a practicum entitled “Environmental Issues In Commercial Real Estate Transactions” at the Western New England School of Law.

Vanessa Smith has been appointed to another term on the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Health Law Section Council. She is joined by Elizabeth Sillin serving on the Probate Law Section Council and David Parke serving on the Business Law Section Council.

Joshua Grey gave a presentation to Arts Extension Services at UMASS Amherst entitled “Making a Living: Legal Issues for Artists.” Josh was also recently elected as the chairman of the board of his condominium association.

Seth Wilson was named to the 2005 Connecticut Bar Association Pro Bono honor roll.

Katy Robertson was recently appointed by the Supreme Judicial Court to the newly established Advisory Committee on Massachusetts Evidence Law. Katy is the only member of the committee from Western Massachusetts.
