BR&G Names New Partner
Bulkley, Richardson and Gelinas, LLP has named Scott W. Foster, a former associate in the practice, as partner.
The appointment was announced by Francis D. Dibble, Jr., Chairman of the firm's Executive Committee. "Our new partner brings impressive credentials and considerable talents to our practice," he said. "We know he will continue to make important contributions for the benefit of our clients."
Foster is a member of the Business/Finance Department and focuses his practice on general corporate, business and finance matters including mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions. He represents both buyers and sellers in stock and asset transactions, and clients in financing transactions with commercial lenders and private investors. His experience also includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, leases, employment agreements, licensing contracts and supplier agreements.
Foster graduated from Yale University and magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
