The Future of Your Land Workshop

This free estate planning workshop, hosted by the Belchertown Agricultural Commission, is for landowners who want to conserve their land while planning their financial future. It will include presentations by BR&G's Bill Hart and Kristin DeBoer, executive director of The Kestrel Trust.

Hart will offer his expertise on how an estate plan can ensure that a landowner's assets, including their land, are distributed in a way that meets their financial and personal needs. DeBoer will be on hand to discuss options for the long-term protection of land as part of a financially sound estate plan, and how nonprofit land conservation organizations like The Kestrel Trust can assist landowners.
