Forest Land Ownership & Transfer Webinar

The “Land Ownership and Transfer: Options and Opportunities” presentation will feature UMass Forest Resources Specialist Paul Catanzaro and Bulkley Richardson’s Elizabeth H. Sillin, a member of the firm’s Estate Planning and Administration Department. Participants will learn about various land ownership and transfer options to aid in planning for the future of their land. Sillin will discuss trusts, limited liability companies, gifting and life estates with remaining interest.
