Real Estate Department

Real estate matters often overlap with other practice areas. Therefore, our firm has developed a multidisciplinary approach to service many of our real estate clients. The lawyers in our real estate practice area have expertise in many specialty areas, such as:

Our real estate lawyers serve or have served on city and town land use boards such as planning boards, conservation commissions and zoning boards of appeal.

  • assisting in closing complex financing of real estate projects
