Bulkley Richardson’s Counsel, Andrew Levchuk quoted in Philadelphia Inquirer on the Senator Menendez prosecution

When asked by the Philadelphia Inquirer, Andrew Levchuk, formerly an attorney in the Justice Department’s Office of International Affairs, now Counsel to Bulkley Richardson, said “If he [had] prevailed on this, he could potentially have obtained dismissal of the charges,” said Andrew Levchuk, a former prosecutor in the Justice Department’s public integrity unit. “The guts of the indictment” would have been inadmissible.
“Now,” Levchuk said, “the court has said a jury can hear this evidence.”
